    Interior work continues, with completion anticipated in October or November. Our team is coordinating closeout activities with trade partners so residents and operators can move in with confidence.

    The Hub is entering final punch-out. Quality checks, life-safety verification, and documentation are aligned so turnover is clean and efficient for the owner and management team.
  • LEO@Carmel
    Dwelling units start going vertical this month. Structural sequencing is coordinated to keep trades productive and maintain a safe and orderly site in a busy corridor.

New Starts
We are breaking ground at Haw Creek in Columbus, Flats on 14th in Columbus, and Wabash Place in Terre Haute. These projects add to a growing portfolio that supports housing options across Indiana communities.
