GAVEL

Gavel Curated Cafe is a mix between a coffee shop & a cocktail bar. It serves as the lobby to the MilesHerndon branding agency and it’s also open to the public. Owner Daniel Herndon created the concept because his parents ran a coffee shop out of his childhood home in Fountain Square.

Gavel also shares a quaint courtyard with Three Carrots & MilesHerndon. The project consisted of selective demolition, metal stud framing, insulation/drywall, cabinetry/millwork, glass/glazing, finishes (paint, flooring, specialties), mechanical, electrical, plumbing. The courtyard project consisted of underslab drainage, concrete slab, landscaping, exterior facades upgrades, fencing.
