THREE CARROTS

Vegetarian cuisine from the heart(land) = Three Carrots. They got their start at City Market and still have a location there today. Time passed and owner Ian Phillips wanted to open a brick and mortar location to introduce even more folks to his delicious vegetarian cuisine. 902 Virginia Ave in Fountain Square presented itself as the perfect location for this expansion.

The project consisted of selective demolition, metal stud framing, insulation/drywall, cabinetry /millwork, glass/glazing, finishes (paint, flooring, specialties), mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
