Our team is building The Villas at Springhurst, a collection of independent living patio homes located on a senior living campus in Greenfield, Indiana. Each residence is designed to feel like a single-family home with a full kitchen, attached garage, and private outdoor space. Residents can enjoy the privacy they want while staying close to the support services and community amenities offered on campus.
This project reflects a growing trend in senior living across Indiana. The villas bridge the gap between single-family rental, independent living, and full service care, giving older adults more flexibility as their needs evolve. Our focus was on creating comfortable, durable homes that support both resident independence and the long-term goals of the campus and its development partners.
