“Where family comes to live” is the mission that drives Trilogy Senior Living communities.
Arlington Place Health Campus was looking for a way to cut out the time is takes for their residents to receive dialysis treatment. Typically, their residents had to leave campus to receive these treatments which requires a lot of logistics and time. The solution was to provide in-house dialysis treatment through Synchrony Health Services.
Arlington Place is an existing senior living community in the Indianapolis market. Trilogy Health Services approached Inherent Commercial to act as the general contractor to convert an existing 3,500 sf resident wing into a full service dialysis unit. This unit now hosts (5) treatment bays and is able to service both residents at the facility as well as outside patients needing dialysis services.
