Our team helped bring The Residence at Fitz Farm to life, transforming a 16.5-acre former farm into an upscale senior living community designed for comfort, safety, and connection. The four-story, 124,000 square foot building includes 68 independent living units, 42 assisted-living apartments, and 20 memory-care residences, creating a full continuum of care within one thoughtfully planned campus.
Each residence features an open floor plan and modern finishes, with full kitchens included in the independent living units. Shared amenities promote social engagement and wellness, including multiple dining venues, fitness and theater spaces, and landscaped outdoor areas that encourage residents to gather and enjoy the surrounding property.
