Anita & Harrison Boyd are the franchise owner’s of Primrose of Geist. They had such a positive experience with a Primrose early childcare school in Atlanta that they decided to move back to Anita’s hometown and open one in Indianapolis.
Primose was a complete renovation of an existing 10,000 SF school building. This was a unique project in that the Primrose franchise has very few renovated buildings in their network which made it challenging to adapt the Primrose building standards into an existing space. The project consisted of selective demo, new walls for revised layouts, all new finishes in the classrooms & common areas, new HVAC systems, new lighting & new outdoor playgrounds.
