Performance Racing Industry (PRI), out of Southern California, wanted to open a membership headquarters in the racing capital of the world.

With a compressed design and construction schedule, Inherent put together a project team for PRI. Bringing the team together early, allowed for a grand opening by the 2022 Indianapolis 500. Phase 1 of this project breathed new life into this dated building that now exudes the sleek and fast personality of the industry PRI serves. Phase 2 will continue the necessary renovations to bring the entire building up to speed!
