MilesHerndon was a branding agency whose office was housed in the back half of 902 Virginia Ave. It was connected to Gavel by a sunlit corridor and Gavel also served as MilesHerndon’s lobby. The owner, whose parents ran a coffee shop out of his childhood home in Fountain Square, curated the idea of an office with a coffee shop lobby from this experience.
The project consisted of selective demolition, metal stud framing, insulation/drywall, cabinetry/millwork, glass/glazing, finishes (paint, flooring, specialties), mechanical, electrical, plumbing.
