Our team helped transform the historic 1888 Polk Stables into a vibrant coworking and event destination on Lewis Street, steps from the Bottleworks District. This 21,000 square foot brick structure was carefully restored to preserve its original character. Exposed beams, barn doors, and masonry details remain central to the design, paired with modern systems and functionality that support today’s workplace needs.
Inside, the building now includes 38 private offices, open coworking areas, meeting rooms, creative studios, and the “Polklore Micro-Museum,” a feature that highlights the site’s unique past.
Designed for entrepreneurs, creatives, and small teams, COhatch Polk Stables brings historic charm and community-focused energy together in one flexible, inspiring setting.
