TONY MANN

I was born and raised in Cloverdale, where I currently live with my wife and 3 children. I grew up in a farming family. We raised crops on over 10,000 acres and had swine operation with over 1,000 sows….it kept me very busy through my teenage years. My hobbies currently include cooking and smoking meats, as well as weightlifting and drinking coffee. My wife and I love travelling and spending time in the coastal North/South Carolina regions. Our dream is to one day move to the Charleston area and eat Low Country cuisine for the rest of our days.

I attended Vincennes University for my formal education. I started out in Ag Business and quickly figured out that it wasn’t for me. I switched to Construction Technology and quickly felt right at home. After college, I worked for a couple small residential companies as a carpenter before finding my way into commercial construction. I was given the chance to come aboard as a field engineer for a local developer/general contractor in Indianapolis. After 3 years, I was promoted to superintendent. I started out building Hilton brand hotels, including Hampton Inn and Home 2 Suites and then moving into multi-family, with a few small office buildings and TI jobs in between.
