Develop RFPs, evaluate bid responses from the most responsive and responsible subs, and select qualified bidders.
Project Administration
Day to day review of RFIs, submittals, and change events, and facilitate and attend OAC meetings.
Project Organization
Act as Owner’s liaison between contractors, design teams, third party consultants, furniture suppliers, local government agencies, and facility commissioning agents.
