Project Spotlight: Arthur Dean Family Foundation Headquarters

We’re proud to announce the completion of a meaningful and mission-driven project—the new headquarters for the Arthur Dean Family Foundation. This 7,000-square-foot renovation transformed an empty shell space into a vibrant, collaborative environment that now supports the Foundation’s work to empower youth and drive community change.

The project was recently honored with the 2024 ABC Award of Merit for a Non-Historical Renovation Under $3 Million, recognizing both its thoughtful design and high-quality execution.

The finished space includes:

  • Private offices for focused work

  • Open co-working zones for collaboration

  • Flexible conference areas for dialogue and strategic planning

This interior renovation was more than a build—it was a reflection of the Foundation’s mission and culture. From layout to finishes, every element was designed to support meaningful work and community impact.

Building Safer Sites: Preparing for Construction Safety Week

With Construction Safety Week 2025 on the horizon (May 5–9), we’re gearing up to recommit to one of our core values: building with safety at the forefront.

This year’s theme emphasizes shared ownership and accountability:

During Safety Week, our teams will take part in:

  • Reflections on what it means to build safer, stronger job sites
