PETE MILLER

Pete Miller’s journey has been defined by hard work, discipline, and a commitment to excellence. Growing up in West Lafayette, Indiana, Pete graduated from West Lafayette High School in 1987 and immediately enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, serving his country from 1987 to 1993. His military background instilled in him a sense of duty and teamwork that he has carried into his career in construction.

Pete’s construction journey began in 1994 as a carpenter for a large construction management firm. Since then, his hands-on experience and leadership have made him an invaluable member of every project he’s worked on. His favorite project? The FedEx Sort and Maintenance buildings at the Indianapolis airport—a two-year endeavor where the team felt more like family. It’s that camaraderie and dedication that Pete brings to the job every day.

Outside of work, Pete has been happily married to Stacy since 1994, and together they have three children: Jake (24), Sydney (20), and Hayden (20). He’s been a resident of Westfield, Indiana for over 20 years, and his family life is as important to him as his career.
When he’s not working, Pete enjoys reading, with Lord of the Rings being his all-time favorite book. Currently, he’s diving into the Trackers post-apocalyptic series. He’s also a huge fan of live music, having recently attended a Slipknot concert, which ranks as the best he’s ever seen. Pete’s love for adventure doesn’t stop at concerts—he’s also experienced spy rigging during his time in Okinawa, one of the most thrilling experiences of his life.

Known for keeping his vehicles spotless, much to his kids’ dismay, Pete is detail-oriented both on and off the job. He also has a surprising musical talent, having sung in choir and competed in solo competitions during high school—a fun fact that not many know about him. At home, he enjoys the company of his 155-pound Great Dane, Baloo, who adds to the joy of family life.

Pete’s dedication, strong work ethic, and passion for building great teams make him a valuable asset to our organization. Whether it’s on a major project or supporting his colleagues, Pete is always there to get the job done.
