JOSH JANKOSKY
Josh is a dynamic leader with a proven track record in construction management. Raised in Madison, Indiana, his strong work ethic was forged through early jobs on local farms and in the automotive industry. A former Indiana All-Star athlete in football and track, Josh brings a competitive drive and strategic mindset to every challenge.
His career in construction has been marked by rapid advancement, culminating in his successful oversight of the IUPUI Campus Center project. Starting as a carpenter and quickly rising to Project Superintendent, Josh demonstrated exceptional leadership and project management skills.
Outside of work, Josh is a passionate outdoorsman, enjoying fishing and carpentry. A music enthusiast with a taste for both classic rock and country, he’s equally at home on a construction site or a concert stage. With a zest for adventure, he’s experienced the thrill of speed on a motorcycle and the beauty of diverse cultures through travel.
A devoted family man, Josh is a proud father of four and grandfather of four. His strong faith and genuine care for others make him a valued member of our team.
