CODY BLEDSOE
A lifelong Indianapolis resident, Cody grew up on the southside and after serving his country in the Army, he earned a degree from Marian University and launched his career in commercial construction.
A dedicated family man, Cody is happily married and the proud father of a two-year-old son. When he’s not hard at work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and their two loyal companions, a Rottweiler and a Chocolate Lab.
With a passion for precision, Cody brings a keen eye for detail to every project, ensuring seamless coordination of teams, resources, and timelines from groundbreaking to final walkthrough. While he’s not particular about many things, he does have a strong preference for his Cigars and Coffee.
