Forza Commercial Real Estate focuses on community-oriented developments in central Indiana’s emerging markets. Pleasantview Apartments located in Lapel, Indiana is a perfect example of this. Just north of Fortville, Lapel had not seen any new multifamily development in several decades. Because of this, 80% of the units were rented before construction was complete.
The exterior design of these garden style units embody that small town American feel. They are nestled into the eastern perimeter of town and have sweeping views of beautiful Indiana farmland.
